I know there are countless different diets, and health gurus out there, and it can all be confusing and overwhelming at times. What sets me apart from most of this “noise” is that I take a simple, sustainable approach to changing your lifestyle. What does this mean really? Well it is basically the complete opposite approach to a crash diet. I will not ask you to change your whole life overnight. This is a slow step-by-step process that you set the pace of. You make the decisions when you are ready to make them. We will take the long-term view, not just look at the short term. When you commit and follow through, will definitely see results, they will just happen a little more gradually than traditional “diets”. The big difference is that you can maintain the changes, not yo yo back and forth and revert back to sub optimal living.>I also take a whole food based approach to my eating strategy. You will never have to buy any special shakes or supplements. The whole idea is to get you away from processed packaged “food”, and get you eating REAL food. Again this does not happen overnight, we will slowly transition you to the point where you want to be. You will also not have to worry about counting calories or weighting and measuring your food. You will get to the point where you will know what your body needs, and the rest will take care of itself.
I also practice what I preach. I have gone through a diet and lifestyle transformation myself. It is also ever evolving and changing. That’s the whole idea, the journey never ends, that’s why you don’t need to make all the changes overnight, you have the rest of your life to figure it out. Another key point is that there is no eating strategy that is one size fits all. Everybody is different and what works for me may not necessarily work for you. However, I will give you the tools to figure out what does work best for you to optimize your potential.
The final point I want to make is that over the course of our time working together, I will continually put the power of changing your life in your hands. Ultimately it is up to you. I will give you all the information, tools, and strategies to help you along the way, but at the end of the day you will be the one doing the work and making the decisions to get where you want to go. This may seem scary at first, but in the end you will be empowered and confident that you can do whatever you want to do in the future. You will have all the satisfaction when you see what you are capable of accomplishing.
